Self Compassion 4 part series
Kind Mind is also hosting a four part Self-Compassion Series for educators looking for ongoing support. Now is the time to nurture ourselves in the midst of chaos, fear, and uncertainty. When we, as educators and parents, nurture ourselves, we can better nurture our children and students.
